• Features of the bases are described in Available Set Type tab so please make sure that you will choose the one which suits you the most
• Add your personalised name or short message in the box “Add your personalised name here”.
• If you don’t want to add a name, please type BLANK in the box provided.
• Instead of the name, you can use your own text.
• PLEASE NOTE that LONG name or text will result in smaller letters.

With the majority of our products being bespoke and made to order, these products have production lead times.

Each personalised item is ready for dispatch within 2 / 3 business days from receipt of payment or from the moment when the design has been approved.

We are using courier, Hermes, to ship out our product. Each of the products has its own tracking number, which will be sent by email on order completion.

The shipping cost is based on the weight of the item, but we charge for most of our things £4. You can check the exact shipping cost while the item is in the basket or in checkout by providing a postcode.
